Wellness and Safety is our main priority.  Please assume that all surfaces may be infected and that anyone could be infected.

Facility Use Guidelines Addendums for COVID 19

  1. CRAEA requires participants and presenters to wear masks during face to face sessions. (Masks will be provided upon request at the front desk.) Rooms will be at 50% capacity to optimize social distancing.  (Table shields are available upon request of the reservation.)
  2. We ask that all visitors to the Agency check their own temperatures before they enter our facilities and determine that they are symptom free.
  3. Meeting rooms will be set up in a way to implement social distancing, therefore, tables are not to be moved.  If you have special needs with tables please contact the front desk for custodial assistance.
  4. Food or drink will not be provided during Covid 19 restrictions.  If a person chooses to bring their own food, drink, and utensils, please make sure it is in a self contained package and stays with them throughout the day.  (Any food, drink, or utensils left at the Agency will be disposed of at the end of the day.)
  5. Kitchenettes: (only designated personnel will be allowed in the kitchenettes.) The ice machine, and common coffee machines are not available until further notice.
  6. Extra cleaning practices and regular disinfecting will happen daily.  
  7. Extra hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the building. 
  8. It is recommended that only one person use the elevator at a time. Hand sanitizer and/or disinfectant wipes will be provided to minimize the spread of germs from the elevator keypad before and after use of the elevator.
  9. Please do not use other workers’ office phones, desks, computers, or other equipment located at their workstation.

Wellness and Safety is our main priority.  Please assume that all surfaces may be infected and that anyone could be infected.  Courses will be offered in multiple delivery options (in-person, online, blended) to meet the varied needs of participants and instructors, including the need to self-isolate.  However, if another outspread of the virus occurs all instruction will be either moved to a virtual format postponed, or cancelled, depending on the requirements of the learning.

Facility Use Guidelines Addendums for COVID 19 for Instructors (as modeled from the state universities)

  1. We require participants and presenters to wear masks during face to face sessions. (Masks will be provided at the front desk upon request.) Rooms will be at 50% capacity to optimize social distancing. (Table shields are available upon request at the front desk.)
  2. During professional learning, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available in the room.
  3. We encourage frequent use of hand sanitizer, especially when handling documents or equipment
  4. We ask that all instructors check their own temperatures before they enter our facilities and determine that they are symptom free.
  5. Instructors will be responsible for coordinating with other instructor(s) who may be holding class(s) on the same day, to stagger breaks, lunch, start time and end time by 10 minutes, as to avoid congestion in the building, walkways, and restrooms.  
  6. Meeting rooms will be set up in a way to implement social distancing, therefore, tables are not to be moved.  If you have special needs with tables please contact the front desk for custodial assistance.
  7. Please leave all materials in the back of the room at the end of the day for sanitizing.
  8. CRAEA will provide projectors, screens, sound systems, white boards, markers, sticky notes and paper.  If you need additional materials, please bring your own or talk to the front desk for assistance.
  9. Please contact the front desk if you take the last of the supplies or need supplies.
  10. Food or drink will not be provided during professional learning offerings.  If someone chooses to bring their own food, drink, and utensils, please make sure it is in a self contained package and stays with them throughout the day.  (Any food, drink, or utensils left at the Agency will be disposed of at the end of the day.)
  11. Individuals should avoid public drinking fountains and instead should consider using a refillable water bottle or large water jug.  The touchless bottle stations and vending machines are available for use, but ice machines will be shut down.
  12. Kitchenettes; (only designated personnel will be allowed in the kitchenettes.) The ice machine, and common coffee machines are not available until further notice.

  14. Please, only one person at the copy machine at a time.  Disinfectant wipes will be by each copier.  Please wipe down the copier touch points before and after use or ask the front desk for assistance.
  15. Individuals are allowed to use their own personal protection equipment (like a mask) or can use agency provided equipment mentioned above.
  16. Professional learning will enforce a touchless/online payment system. (no cash or checks)
  17. Avoid using others’ office phones, desks, computers, or equipment located in their workspace.

(Professional Learning Participants)

Wellness and Safety is our main priority.  Please assume that all surfaces may be infected and that anyone could be infected. Courses will be offered in multiple delivery options (in-person, online, blended) to meet the varied needs of participants and instructors, including the need to self-isolate.  However, if another outspread of the virus occurs all instruction will be either moved to a virtual format postponed, or cancelled, depending on the requirements of the learning.

  1. We require participants and presenters to wear masks during face to face sessions (masks will be provided at the front desk upon request). Rooms will be at 50% capacity to optimize social distancing (table shields are available upon request at the front desk).
  2. Individuals are allowed to use their own personal protection equipment (like a mask) or can use agency provided equipment mentioned above.
  3. During professional learning, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available in the room. 
  4. We encourage frequent use of hand sanitizer, especially when handling documents or equipment.

  6. Email your instructor if you are feeling unwell and were scheduled to come to the AEA.
  7. To respect the health and safety of others, we request that face to face participants notify their instructor if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or have had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.  Names will be kept confidential unless permission is given, but we would like to notify other class members within the same offering that they may have been exposed. 
  8. Follow the advice of your medical provider regarding self-quarantine and do not return to class until you are symptom-free and have a release from a medical provider.  Our instructors can accomodate for self quarantine participants.
