To support educators as they meet the needs of their students, Central Rivers AEA has created a series of learning opportunities in a short/online format. Sessions have been recorded for later viewing. Tech Coaches and Tech Coordinators recordings will be shared with members of that group.

How to Change Credit Type
This quick video will demonstrate to your participants how to add or remove credit from a course they are enrolled in. Tip: This has to be done before the last day of the course!
Instructor Tip: Best place to put a flyer in a course
This short video will demonstrate how to link a flyer, and the best place for your flyer. We recommend using a flyer created in a Google Doc that can be edited quickly when changes occur! You cannot remove an attached document file from an approved course, without the assistance of the Professional Learning Team.

Closing Your Course
We ask that you close your course no longer than 2 weeks after the end date. The registration system will send automatic email reminders after the section end date listed in the system.

Statewide Professional Learning Fees for Credit Options
Below is the statewide fee structure for credit options for all credit bearing offerings that start this fall semester, 2019.

Licensure Renewal | 15 hrs. Face to Face/Instructor Led per credit | $35 | $85 |
Graduate Credit | 15 hrs. Face to Face/Instructor Led + 30 hours outside of class work or combo of 45 hours Per Credit | $125 | $175 |
Substitute Authorization | Face to Face/Instructor Led | $100 | $100 |
Paraeducator Certification | Total of 90-hours, hybrid (face-to-face and online) | $360 | $360 |
Participant Only | No credit is earned | $0 | Fee may vary |
Other Additional Fees: Participants may also be charged for items such as materials, supplies, speaker fees, etc.
